    My experience on the phone was terrible, no connection to a real person at all. if I wanted to see about opening an account or transferring my account how would I do this without having to go to see you in person. my questions might have been nice if at least answered by phone first. terrible service on your phone lines.. :-(

    The banking hours are horrible and the customer service is not good when calling their centers. Also the only seem to have one person working the counter who knows what to do...she is great but when you have to wait 30 minutes to get your banking done there's something wrong. Very dissatisfied and would not recommend this bank to anyone.
